We developed these rolls for type-2 diabetics who miss bread. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but those who’ve eaten our low-carb bread have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it.
Heads up if you’re on keto: this bread contains vital wheat gluten which makes it unsuitable for *some* keto diets that strictly exclude grain-derived ingredients. Not suitable for vegans.
Important: In an effort to keep our bread as simple and clean as we can make it, our low-carb bread doesn’t contain preservatives, which means it has a short shelf life. Unless you’re going to eat it straight away, we highly recommend that you freeze the bread on arrival and take out when you want them.
