Ingredients

  • 50g Mozzarella (grated)
  • 20g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 5g Blanched Ground Almonds
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker, let cook until the chaffles are slightly brown.
