These chocolates are perfect to give as a gift and tasty enough that you'll want to keep them all to yourself. The recipe is also easy to vary; choose the flavouring you like, add some sweetener or leave it unsweetened to keep it Keto friendly.

Ingredients

100g Coconut Oil
100g 100% Absolute Black Chocolate
2 - 3 drops Mint Chocolate Flavouring
One handful of Almonds (optional)

Directions

Mix the mint chocolate flavouring and coconut oil.
Add the oil and the chocolate into a bowl, and melt on the hob in a water bath.
If you like your chocolate with a bit of crunch, chop your almonds into fine pieces and mix into the melted chocolate.
Pour the mixture into your mould and let set in the fridge.

Recipe Note

For a sweeter version, and a delicious caramel flavour, why not try replacing the mint chocolate flavouring with a few drops of NKD Living's Stevia Liquid Caramel?
