Ingredients
- 250ml Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Mustard or Mustard Powder
- ½ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1g Spice (chilli or herbs)
Directions
- Crack the egg into a tall jug and add the spices.
- Start the immersion blender and slowly add the oil until the sauce thickens.
