Ingredients
- 1 whole Feta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Dried Oregano (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Put a glug of olive oil into a small, non-stick pan (or use foil)
- Place the block of feta cheese in the non-stick pan, and sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper
- Place in a hot oven for 10 minutes
- Serve straight away
