This tasty frozen yoghurt is the perfect low-carb dessert. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, and will set in just a few hours in the freezer. Why not try your own variation by using other low carb berries, like blueberries or strawberries?

Ingredients

  • 200g Frozen Raspberries
  • 3 drops NKD Living Stevia Liquid Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp Erythritol
  • 180g Greek Yoghurt (5% Fat)
  • ¼ Lime

Directions

  1. Add the frozen berries, vanilla, erythritol and lime juice to a blender. Mix well for a few seconds.
  2. Add the yoghurt, and mix together with a spatula until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and let set in a freezer for 2 - 3 hours.
