Sarnies are back on the menu! Our recipe for baking fresh bread using our low-carb flour.
Very disappointed. Went mouldy within 2 days. Had to throw away.
Trying to develop recipes … Yorkshire puddings, pizza bases, bread buns, cakes, scones and so on. Husbands glucose levels are down from 79 to 48 and still dropping.
Husband also has Low Carb bread delivered once a month.
The flour and bread are making a hugs difference to my Husbands health.
Keep up the good work Low Carb Company.
Nice Bread but could be better value if it was a larger loaf because of the price.
These are the nicest, best priced, almost zero carb pizza bases I’ve found on my keto journey.
I loved these, they smelt lovely when cooking. They tasted really nice, bursting with flavour 😋 I would definitely recommend them.

Hi Mink and Nancy 👋 We have used a standard 400g loaf tin for this recipe! 🍞 🧑🍳

I was going to ask exactly the same question as Nancy. I have a larger loaf tin, which measures 8½" x 4½" x 2½". The 400g loaf on sale on the website is quite a bit smaller than my tin, so I’d like to know the tin size used, so I can scale up the quantities, to suit.

Hi Kate 👋 Unfortunately no. This recipe calls for our own low-carb flour blend. You can get yours here: https://lowcarbfood.co/collections/ingredients
