The perfect lunchtime addition to wrap up your favorite filling!

Ingredients

  • 60g Low-Carb Flour
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 100ml Water (approx)
  • ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • ½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda to a bowl and mix it all together.
  2. Sprinkle on the xanthan gum and continue mixing.
  3. Add the olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Add ¾ of the water and mix to bring the mixture together.
  5. Continue to add the rest of the water until it comes together to form a ball of soft dough.
  6. Knead for about a minute.
  7. Split the dough into 3 balls and roll out thinly between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper.
  8. For each wrap, put into a preheated frying pan and dry fry for about 2 minutes, then turn over and cook for a further minute.
  9. Allow to cool slightly on a cooling rack or, if using straight away, wrap in a tea towel to keep warm. Enjoy!
