Low carb flour

I regularly make my own low carb bread, scones etc and experiment and create my own low carb recipes using your flour. I do use a lot of the flour, however it would help to have a longer best before date. I find it essential for a low carb diet and also find anything made with it is very filling and the baked food keeps well and doesn't dry out as the general alternative flour does. It enables us to have a more varied and interesting diet thank you.

Better than expected

My wife made a Coffee and Walnut cake with this flour and it turned out really good. I was expecting it to be a bit stodgy but it was much better than expected. 250gms used to make two cakes so it is good value too.
