Probably the best sliced keto bread I've tried but like all of them, it doesn't toast well, burning the crust whilst not really toasting the rest. But heyho, I'll live without toast but this bread means I can have a sandwich at lunchtime which is good.
My favourite low carb bread I prefer for sandwiches at lunch. A good texture and flavour without the kcals. Excellent to keep my diabetes under control.
Very disappointed. Went mouldy within 2 days. Had to throw away.
Trying to develop recipes … Yorkshire puddings, pizza bases, bread buns, cakes, scones and so on. Husbands glucose levels are down from 79 to 48 and still dropping.
Husband also has Low Carb bread delivered once a month.
The flour and bread are making a hugs difference to my Husbands health.
Keep up the good work Low Carb Company.
Nice Bread but could be better value if it was a larger loaf because of the price.
I already posted a review on 3rd May 2025 and included photos. But I left out one important photo. They fit in a lot of air fryers. This is the Cosori 4.7 litre .... see how a perfect fit! I cooked it at 160 for 7 minutes - crust was browning then, reduced the heat down to 150 to thoroughly melt the cheese.
I absolutely swear by these pizza bases. So light and tasty and virtually no carbs. What’s not to like? Used Passata and bacon medallions in the ingredients and was so impressed.
Decent size. I spread the pizza tomato sauce over it, added mixture of cheddar and mozzarella, then added cherry tomatoes. Cooked at 170 for 12 minutes and perfect. Was a delicious pizza for sure
Taste amazing excellent low carb substitute.
Use this flour to make low carb bread in a bread machine. I’m wanting to make pastry with it fingers crossed it turns out as well as the bread.
