Ingredients
- 90g Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 Eggs (large)
- 70g Erythritol (granulated)
- 100g Funky Fat Choc Dark
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 50g Butter or Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 pinch Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 splash Almond Milk
Directions
- Mix the flours, cacao powder, baking powder and salt in a big mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl melt the butter or coconut oil. Then add the eggs, sweetener, vanilla essence and almond milk.
- Now combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped-up chocolate bar.
- Place in a muffin tin with 8 holes. Bake at 180°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
