Something a little sweet that won't hurt your macros! These gummies are so tasty, and you can easily change the flavour depending on the tea you use.
1 Tea Bag (flavour optional)
10g Powdered Gelatin
100ml Coconut Milk
Brew the tea with 100ml boiled water.
Pour the coconut milk into a pan and bring almost to the boil.
Whisk the tea, coconut milk and gelatine together.
Pour the mixture into moulds and let set in the fridge for 5 - 8 hours (depending on the size of your gummies).
Keep refrigerated.
This recipe is so versatile, you can choose your flavour based on your favourite tea!
