This recipe is so quick, easy and super tasty. You will never go back to shop-bought pesto!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 60g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 100ml Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in a food processor and season with salt and pepper.
- With the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until combined.
