This recipe is so quick, easy and super tasty. You will never go back to shop-bought pesto!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 60g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in a food processor and season with salt and pepper.
  2. With the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until combined.
