Low-carb seeded crackers that are great on their own or paired with your favourite topping! Loaded with a blend of seeds, they're sure to satisfy your cravings for a crisp and crunchy snack, without sacrificing your diet.

Ingredients

  • 50g Chia Seeds
  • 50g Milled Linseeds
  • 50g Sesame Seeds
  • 25g Sunflower Seeds
  • 25g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 200ml Boiling Water

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture onto a large baking parchment lined baking tray.
  4. Place another layer of baking parchment on top of the mixture and roll out.
  5. Cut into 20 crackers.
  6. Remove the top layer of parchment and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, until the crackers start to brown and crisp.
