Ingredients
- 50g Chia Seeds
- 50g Milled Linseeds
- 50g Sesame Seeds
- 25g Sunflower Seeds
- 25g Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200ml Boiling Water
Directions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Place the mixture onto a large baking parchment lined baking tray.
- Place another layer of baking parchment on top of the mixture and roll out.
- Cut into 20 crackers.
- Remove the top layer of parchment and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, until the crackers start to brown and crisp.
