Three main ingredients and no baking. Desiccated coconut is bound with light tahini and coconut oil, pressed into a lined tin, then covered with melted 100% dark chocolate and chilled until firm. Tahini is doing more work here than it appears to, adding a savoury depth that stops the whole thing tasting like a sweet shop bar. Almond or macadamia butter substitute directly if you prefer. A pinch of flaked sea salt over the chocolate before it sets is worth doing. The tray cuts into twelve squares at 1g carbs, 13g fat and 2g protein each. Cut them while the chocolate is firm but not fully hard or it shatters.

Ingredients
90g 100% Black Chocolate
90g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
50g Light Tahini (or almond/macadamia nut butter)
20g Coconut Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt (optional)
Chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
Stir in tahini, coconut as well as salt and nuts.
Spread out onto a baking parchment lined tin.
Allow to set a little and then cut into 12 pieces, set in the fridge.
Break into 12 pieces.
