Simple and delicious, no-bake, chocolate coconut squares. These are the ultimate vegan, low-carb and keto-friendly snack, ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 90g 100% Black Chocolate
  • 90g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
  • 50g Light Tahini (or almond/macadamia nut butter)
  • 20g Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (optional)
  • Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
  2. Stir in tahini, coconut as well as salt and nuts.
  3. Spread out onto a baking parchment lined tin.
  4. Allow to set a little and then cut into 12 pieces, set in the fridge.
  5. Break into 12 pieces.
