1 cup Freshly Brewed Coffee
30g Cocoa Butter / Coconut Oil / Butter / MCT Oil / Ghee / Coconut Milk / Double Cream (Choose one or either combination of these fat sources)

Brew your cup of coffee and add the fat.
Blend the chosen ingredients thoroughly with a small hand-held whisk or a blender if adding a raw egg.

Recipe Note

For an extra dose of protein, add a raw egg.

Great bread but doesn't toast very well

Bread is great for breakfast and lunch but was off the menu for me due to being diabetic, with this lowcarbfood bread, I can enjoy my sandwiches again. I just wish it would toast better as it tends to burn around the edges before the middle has toasted at all.
