This yummy cheesy "bread" can be served as a side, or enjoyed on its own as a snack.

Ingredients
- Fell 250g Cauliflower & Broccoli Rice
- 100g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 100g Grated Extra Mature Cheddar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
- Microwave the broccoli rice for 3 minutes.
- Add half of the two cheeses, the eggs and the spice.
- Spread out on a silicon sheet, and bake at 200°C until golden.
- Add the rest of the grated cheese and place back in the oven until golden.
