Clean, honest recipe

I do not use this flour (for bread making) alone as I'm not keen on the flavour. I mix mine with other (American) low carb/ Keto flours and then pad out with extra nutrients (almond n coconut flours, yeast flakes, extra flax, extra gluten etc.). I also add Einkorn wheat flour these days to help with the 'bread' like taste and chuck in some bamboo fibre to counteract some of the carbs in the Einkorn.
This flour is reasonably priced with clean ingredients. Give it a try if you're after low carb baking without necessarily faffing about as I like to do.

Still experimenting with “old recipes” for type 2 diabetics

Trying to develop recipes … Yorkshire puddings, pizza bases, bread buns, cakes, scones and so on. Husbands glucose levels are down from 79 to 48 and still dropping.
Husband also has Low Carb bread delivered once a month.
The flour and bread are making a hugs difference to my Husbands health.

Good product

I am buying this flour for quite few years. I bake my own bread base on this flour. Bread comes nice and healthy. I am waiting when pasta flour will be available 😊

Low carb flour

I regularly make my own low carb bread, scones etc and experiment and create my own low carb recipes using your flour. I do use a lot of the flour, however it would help to have a longer best before date. I find it essential for a low carb diet and also find anything made with it is very filling and the baked food keeps well and doesn't dry out as the general alternative flour does. It enables us to have a more varied and interesting diet thank you.
