Tried these tonight what a lovely surprise it was delicious. Thankyou I will be back. Will not be missing pizza in my life again.
Good flavour, rather more 'substantial' than 'normal' bread, not stodgy, just more filling.
I've been using this bread for some time as part of my low carb diet. I'm glad that this alternative to the highly processed breads in shops is available. It hasn't got the taste of 'normal' bread but it's good enough for me; and with butter and part of a sandwich you can't really taste the difference. It doesn't toast well though, but that's the only negative.
Taste close to the real thing and knowing thats its low carb makes it even better since i need to keep my blood sugar in check.
I already posted a review on 3rd May 2025 and included photos. But I left out one important photo. They fit in a lot of air fryers. This is the Cosori 4.7 litre .... see how a perfect fit! I cooked it at 160 for 7 minutes - crust was browning then, reduced the heat down to 150 to thoroughly melt the cheese.
I absolutely swear by these pizza bases. So light and tasty and virtually no carbs. What’s not to like? Used Passata and bacon medallions in the ingredients and was so impressed.
Decent size. I spread the pizza tomato sauce over it, added mixture of cheddar and mozzarella, then added cherry tomatoes. Cooked at 170 for 12 minutes and perfect. Was a delicious pizza for sure
Taste amazing excellent low carb substitute.
Use this flour to make low carb bread in a bread machine. I’m wanting to make pastry with it fingers crossed it turns out as well as the bread.
