The base is created using our own Low-Carb Flour and comes to only 1.4g carbs per base.

Important: To keep our pizza bases as simple and clean as we can make it, our low-carb pizza bases don’t contain preservatives, which means it has a short shelf life. You might find that your pizza bases are close to their Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you’re going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the pizza bases on arrival and take them out when you want them to defrost or toast—still the same great taste!

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan).
Add your sauce, cheese and toppings to the base.
Place on a rack in the middle of the oven, and cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.

Really good pizza bases!! Like the genuine thing! I actually put my toppings on frozen and bang in the oven - fab!!

Excellent 'Alternative'

As an alternative to a normal pizza base these are superb. Not a great deal of taste but crisp up nicely as a thin base. However, don't expect it to be like a traditional bread base. Close but no cigar.

An extra star if ...

I find these pizza bases are excellent for making Scandinavian open sandwiches. For pizza base use, I would prefer a lighter batter mix. For whatever use the taste is a bit on the bland side. Otherwise, like the bread, a quality product.
