40g dry pasta makes 100g cooked portion. Simmer for 8–10 mins in salted boiling water, drain thoroughly and serve.
Had my first portion yesterday. It’s a bit chewier than wholewheat pasta and firmer to the bite, but not unpleasant. Otherwise very versatile, as a stand alone or added to soups when cooked.
Was nice i made mac and cheese and it was nice but obviously its texture profile is a bit different but definetly a great addition to the keto resume.
I haven’t tried it yet. I can’t review it right now.
