Theses are definitely the best tasting low carb crackers I’ve tried. They are very fragile though and bits tend to break off easily. It’s the first time I’ve had to eat cheese and crackers by balancing the cracker on top of the cheese! I’d buy again just for the taste though. I might try adding a bit more water and leaving dough to rest for 10mins to see if the linseeds swell and make it a bit more ‘gluey’.
