Bread is great for breakfast and lunch but was off the menu for me due to being diabetic, with this lowcarbfood bread, I can enjoy my sandwiches again. I just wish it would toast better as it tends to burn around the edges before the middle has toasted at all.

Absolutely lovely, its my life saver, i can eat bread without worrying about sugar spikes. It tastes great and has lots of fibre so its a win-win!

Iβve tweaked this and made a perfectly delightful banana bread that my children and I love! 2.5g carbs per slice. I didnβt think it was possible to make anything low carb that my kids like. Thank goodness for this recipe.
