I really enjoy these. I am conscious that they have a very long list of ingredients which is perhaps not ideal, but they are wonderful when you want that treat of an energy boost with something sweet tasting. It’s a very good mimic of those bars you can’t eat any more on a low carb diet ……but this you can 👍.
