"Normal" bread is around 40-50% carbs, and typical "low-carb" breads currently available in UK supermarkets contain around 15% carbs and are unsuitable for diabetics.

Does it really work?!

Obviously, everyone's body reacts differently, but those who've eaten our low-carb loaf have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before gorging yourself on it, though... This is also a very high fibre product, so we would caution against eating too much. 1 to 2 sliced per day is ideal!
