I’ve used this regularly since cutting carbs from my diet. It enables me to eat low card and have pasta!! It’s helped me shed weight as part of a low carb diet so I’m very pleased with it!
Like all pasta, it tastes bland on its own, but I personally don’t eat pasta without sauce of some kind, so I don’t notice 😊
Tasted strongly of cocoa, a bit bitter and dry. Only my opinion try for yourself

I’ve tweaked this and made a perfectly delightful banana bread that my children and I love! 2.5g carbs per slice. I didn’t think it was possible to make anything low carb that my kids like. Thank goodness for this recipe.
