1 tin of Tuna
1 Egg
½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Blitz all the ingredients thoroughly with a handheld mixer.
Pour into a microwave tray.
Cook for 3 minutes on high.
