Low-Carb Turmeric Latte
Turmeric contains an array of nutrients, and is particularly high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Warm-up with this delicious recipe with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 - 4 drops Stevia Liquid Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Black Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
- Bring to the boil on medium heat, whilst stirring.
- Pour the mixture into your favourite mug, and ejoy!
