Low-Carb Turmeric Latte

Turmeric contains an array of nutrients, and is particularly high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Warm-up with this delicious recipe with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 - 4 drops Stevia Liquid Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Black Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil on medium heat, whilst stirring.
  3. Pour the mixture into your favourite mug, and ejoy!
