Turmeric contains an array of nutrients, and is particularly high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Warm-up with this delicious recipe with a hint of sweetness.
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 - 4 drops Stevia Liquid Vanilla
¼ tsp Ginger
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 pinch Black Ground Pepper
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
Bring to the boil on medium heat, whilst stirring.
Pour the mixture into your favourite mug, and ejoy!
You can easily regulate the sweetness of this drink with the number of stevia drops you add.
