Ingredients
- 130g Almonds (chopped)
- 130g Walnuts (chopped)
- 130g Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 35g Sesame Seeds
- 15g Flax Seeds
- 15g Chia Seeds
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp Ground Clove
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg White (large)
- 50g Coconut Oil (melted)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds. Stir in cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
- Beat the eggwhite until its foamy, and stir into the granola. Add the coconut oil and stir until everything is well coated.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until golden. Gently stirring halfway through.
- Let cool completely before transferring into an airtight container.
