    Suitable for clean keto diets, our Clean Keto Loaf is finally here!

    If you’ve been avoiding our Low-Carb Bread because of the vital wheat gluten, this loaf contains no grain-derived ingredients whatsoever. While most keto bread substitutes are high in protein, our loaf is instead high in fat and fibre. We wanted to offset the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio usually found in most recipes, so we added hemp flour and reduced the ground almond content. We also added gelatine for collagen (apologies to the veggies among us!) and cinnamon to help lower blood sugar. Top a slice or two with some mashed avocado or cream cheese and smoked salmon and you’ve got yourself a nutritional powerhouse meal!

    We’ve currently got two sizes of loaf on offer at 320g and 500g (and some mini rolls). They’re small loaves, but trust us when we say that one slice will set you up for the day or finish your eating window—it’s extremely filling! We know the price is quite restrictive, so we decided against larger loaves for the time being.

    Note that we’re not calling this keto “bread”. This is a specialist product for clean eating—it has a distinctive flavour and texture (and price) of its own.
