This is a classic winter warmer that you can enjoy, without worrying about your diet. And best of all, its suitable for most diets!
400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
4 tbsp Double Cream
1 clove Garlic (crushed)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Dried Basil or Mixed Herbs (to taste)
1 slice of Low-Carb Bread
Add all ingredients to a pan. Fill the tin from the copped tomatoes halfway full with water and add to the pan.
Bring the pan to a boil and let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, and use a blender to whizz the ingredients until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve with a slice of low-carb bread with a healthy serving of butter.
