Low-Carb Tomato Soup

This is a classic and super simple recipe for low-carb tomato soup! Why not serve with some keto chaffles, or a slice of our low-carb bread? 

Low-Carb Tomato Soup

This is a classic winter warmer that you can enjoy, without worrying about your diet. And best of all, its suitable for most diets!

Ingredients

  • 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 4 tbsp Double Cream
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • Dried Basil or Mixed Herbs (to taste)
  • 1 slice of Low-Carb Bread

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pan. Fill the tin from the copped tomatoes halfway full with water and add to the pan.
  2. Bring the pan to a boil and let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, and use a blender to whizz the ingredients until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Serve with a slice of low-carb bread with a healthy serving of butter.
