This is a classic winter warmer that you can enjoy, without worrying about your diet. And best of all, its suitable for most diets!

Ingredients
- 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 4 tbsp Double Cream
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Dried Basil or Mixed Herbs (to taste)
- 1 slice of Low-Carb Bread
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a pan. Fill the tin from the copped tomatoes halfway full with water and add to the pan.
- Bring the pan to a boil and let simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, and use a blender to whizz the ingredients until you reach the desired consistency.
- Serve with a slice of low-carb bread with a healthy serving of butter.
