The perfect side for pasta, a salad or when you just fancy something extra flavourful! This simple, low-carb garlic baguette is sure to become a favourite.

1 Low-Carb Sandwich Baguette
125g Unsalted Butter
3 - 4 cloves of Garlic (minced)
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Parsley
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the baguette almost all the way through, into 2cm slices.
Mix together the butter, garlic, salt and parsley.
Smear the garlic butter in between the cuts of the baguette.
Wrap the bread in foil.
Bake for 10 minutes until the butter has melted.
Unwrap and enjoy!
