Ingredients
- 1 Low-Carb Sandwich Baguette
- 125g Unsalted Butter
- 3 - 4 cloves of Garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Parsley
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the baguette almost all the way through, into 2cm slices.
- Mix together the butter, garlic, salt and parsley.
- Smear the garlic butter in between the cuts of the baguette.
- Wrap the bread in foil.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the butter has melted.
- Unwrap and enjoy!
