A semi-sweet whipped coffee drink that is sure to refresh you in the heat! Follow our easy recipe for a low-carb version.

Ingredients

1 ½ tbsp Espresso Instant Coffee Powder
1 ½ tbsp Erythritol
2 tbsp Water (boiling)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
350ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
120ml Ice Cubes

Directions

Add espresso powder, erythritol and boiling water to a blender.
Blend the ingredients together for 3 - 4 minutes on high speed. As the coffee is whipped it will double in volume and turn into a light brown whipped cream.
Fill a large glass with ice. Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract and combine.
Spoon the whipped coffee cream on top, and stir before serving.
