Low-Carb Dalgona Coffee

A semi-sweet whipped coffee drink that is sure to refresh you in the heat! Follow our easy recipe for a low-carb version.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbsp Espresso Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp Water (boiling)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 350ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 120ml Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Add espresso powder, erythritol and boiling water to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients together for 3 - 4 minutes on high speed. As the coffee is whipped it will double in volume and turn into a light brown whipped cream.
  3. Fill a large glass with ice. Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract and combine.
  4. Spoon the whipped coffee cream on top, and stir before serving.
