A semi-sweet whipped coffee drink that is sure to refresh you in the heat! Follow our easy recipe for a low-carb version.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp Espresso Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 ½ tbsp Erythritol
- 2 tbsp Water (boiling)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 350ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 120ml Ice Cubes
Directions
- Add espresso powder, erythritol and boiling water to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients together for 3 - 4 minutes on high speed. As the coffee is whipped it will double in volume and turn into a light brown whipped cream.
- Fill a large glass with ice. Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract and combine.
- Spoon the whipped coffee cream on top, and stir before serving.
