Grease a baking dish with butter and add the cauliflower florets.
Mix the cream cheese, double cream, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard.
Once combined, pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets.
Top with the shredded cheddar.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until the cauliflower is fork-tender and the top is golden brown.
