I’ve used this regularly since cutting carbs from my diet. It enables me to eat low card and have pasta!! It’s helped me shed weight as part of a low carb diet so I’m very pleased with it!
Like all pasta, it tastes bland on its own, but I personally don’t eat pasta without sauce of some kind, so I don’t notice 😊

Making the pasta carbonara tonight. Instructions say what to do with the egg yolk but not the eggs. Do I mic them with the cream? Also think egg yolk should be mixed to a paste not “pasta “?
