Ingredients
- 20g Butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 30g Double Cream
- 2 Chicken Thighs
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas mark 5.
- Combine the hot sauce, butter, minced garlic and double cream in a bowl until you have a creamy sauce.
- Place the chicken thighs in an oven-proof dish. Pour over the sauce and ensure the meat is fully coated in the mix.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, removing halfway through to turn the thighs over and baste with any sauce pooling at the bottom of the dish.
