Low-Carb Creamy Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 20g Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 30g Double Cream
  • 2 Chicken Thighs

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas mark 5.
  2. Combine the hot sauce, butter, minced garlic and double cream in a bowl until you have a creamy sauce.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in an oven-proof dish. Pour over the sauce and ensure the meat is fully coated in the mix.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, removing halfway through to turn the thighs over and baste with any sauce pooling at the bottom of the dish.
