Important note: the delivery option that you choose is the service you'll be provided with after your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders next day for orders received Sunday through to Thursday. Orders received on Friday and Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Deliveries subject to stock availability and carrier availability- bank holidays excepted.

On the day your order is dispatched, we will email you a dispatch confirmation and your order reference code for tracking. If you haven’t received a dispatch email, then we have not yet dispatched your order, so please don’t wait in all day just in case!
We’re now able to offer free delivery for all orders over £60. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

We get this a lot, and please understand that we’re just as frustrated as you are. Our delivery rates reflect the actual costs to us to send you our products. Our aim is to simply cover our costs on delivery and packaging across the range of parcel weights and sizes required. Rest assured, we are regularly badgering our couriers (and flirting with new ones) to give us better rates so that we can bring delivery costs down and pass the savings on to our customers.
We use a number of different couriers as our delivery partners, depending on the size of your order and the delivery location.
Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, do our best to correct the problem. Please email hello@lowcarbfood.co to discuss your concerns.
There is no need for you to be home when your delivery arrives. Just tell us somewhere safe to leave your order, like a shed, garage or porch. Be sure to pop your instructions in the comments box when you complete your order!
For orders with tracking, your tracking number is sent to you via email as soon as the label is created and the information is shared with the shipping carrier. In most cases, your order is picked up and the tracking becomes live within a day, but carrier limitations are causing delays in orders beginning to ship, so there may be a delay in the tracking becoming live.

When we will provide your goods
We currently dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, depending on the contents of your order and deliveries from our suppliers. We will confirm this in a dispatch email to you. We will try to deliver on your selected date but such delivery dates are estimates only and we will notify you if your goods are not able to be dispatched within the agreed timescale for any reason.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control
If an event outside of our control delays our supply of your goods then we will contact you as soon as practically possible. We will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
If you are not at home when your goods are delivered
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we may follow the instructions you have given us on where to leave the goods in the circumstances. If we leave the goods on your doorstep or with a neighbour, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability.
When you become responsible for and own the goods
The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the goods to the address you gave us. You own goods once we have received payment in full.
What will happen if you do not give the required information to us
We may need certain information from you so that we can supply your goods to you, for example, the quantity of food and the delivery address. If so, this will have been stated in the description of the goods on our website. We will contact you to ask for this information if not provided. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract (and condition 10.2 in our Terms of Supply will apply) or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying the goods late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time. If you provide us with incorrect information, for example, an incorrect postcode that results in the failure to deliver, we will not accept liability.
Reasons we may delay the supply of goods to you
We may have to delay the supply of goods due to stock shortages, to deal with technical problems, or make minor technical changes, update the goods or packaging to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and/or make changes to the goods as requested by you or notified by us to you.
