Please note: All our ready meals are cooked sous vide. This means they are pressure-cooked and vacuum-sealed, so they can be stored in your cupboard and do not need to be frozen! Incredibly clever packaging and a good old-fashioned cooking method give your low-carb ready meal a much longer shelf life.

Heating instructions:

Microwave: Microwave ovens may vary, the following is a guide only. Gently shake the pouch for 10 seconds and then make a small tear on either side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes on high, remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute. Stir again before serving, ensuring the product is piping hot.

Saucepan: Empty contents of the pouch into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Awful texture and taste

Was really looking forward to this but my god it was disgusting. Couldn’t taste any mushrooms at all, texture was weird and gloopy. Tried adding butter, salt and pepper to no avail. In the end a big spoonful of yoghurt stirred through (with even more pepper) made it just about edible.

Really disappointed. One star is too many for this.

Fingers crossed the other soups are nicer 🤞🏻
