Finding genuinely low carb bread in the UK is harder than it should be. Most supermarket alternatives labelled "lower carb" still contain 15 - 22g of carbohydrates per 100g. Our bread contains 1.7g of carbohydrates per 100g - and just 0.5g net carbs per slice.

Every loaf, roll and bloomer in this range is artisan baked using a short list of clean ingredients: no preservatives, no seed oils, no gums, no artificial sweeteners. Keto-friendly, diabetic-friendly, and actually enjoyable to eat.

All bread should be frozen on arrival to preserve quality - it freezes without any loss of texture or taste. Toast straight from frozen or defrost as needed.
