This super simple low-carb pizza sauce takes only 15 minutes to make and perfectly accompanies our low-carb pizza bases.
Ingredients
- 250ml Tomato Passata
- 1 clove Garlic (pressed)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chopped Parsley
- 2 tsp Granulated Erythritol
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Dried Basil
- ¼ tsp Dried Oregano
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Pour the olive oil into a small pan and add the garlic. Cook on medium heat until the garlic is fragrant.
- Pour the tomato passata into the pan and add the seasoning. Add half of the sweetener and taste, add the rest if needed. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
