Ingredients
- 100g Coconut Oil
- 100g 100% Absolute Black Chocolate
- 2 - 3 drops Mint Chocolate Flavouring
- One handful of Almonds (optional)
Directions
- Mix the mint chocolate flavouring and coconut oil.
- Add the oil and the chocolate into a bowl, and melt on the hob in a water bath.
- If you like your chocolate with a bit of crunch, chop your almonds into fine pieces and mix into the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into your mould and let set in the fridge.
