Low-Carb Chocolate

These chocolates are perfect to give as a gift and tasty enough that you'll want to keep them all to yourself. The recipe is also easy to vary; choose the flavouring you like, add some sweetener or leave it unsweetened to keep it Keto friendly.

Ingredients

  • 100g Coconut Oil
  • 100g 100% Absolute Black Chocolate
  • 2 - 3 drops Mint Chocolate Flavouring
  • One handful of Almonds (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix the mint chocolate flavouring and coconut oil.
  2. Add the oil and the chocolate into a bowl, and melt on the hob in a water bath.
  3. If you like your chocolate with a bit of crunch, chop your almonds into fine pieces and mix into the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the mixture into your mould and let set in the fridge.
