This low-carb beef chilli is one of our favourites! It's packed full of flavour, and you can easily adjust the spiciness to ensure it's a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients
- 500g Beef Mince
- 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 200g Diced Chestnut Mushrooms
- 100g Diced Peppers
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 small Red Chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 - 2 tsp Hot Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Coriander Seeds
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 20g Lard
- 100g Cheddar
Directions
- Heat the lard in a saucepan and add the garlic, fresh chilli, coriander, cumin and paprika.
- Cook gently for about 5 minutes.
- Add the beef mince and cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
- Bring to the boil, cover with a lid and let simmer for about 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately with grated cheese.
