This delicious keto gravy recipe is super easy to make, a rich, buttery gravy that goes perfectly with Cauliflower cheese, vegetables, and meat. With only 1g carbs per serving, its the perfect accompaniment to your Sunday roast.

Ingredients
- 475ml Beef Stock
- 125ml Double Cream
- 60g Butter
- ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
- Add the beef stock, double cream and butter to a saucepan and place over high heat.
- Bring to a simmer and sprinkle over the xanthan gum, whisk well.
- Continue to simmer until the gravy is a medium brown colour and coats the back of a spoon. Add salt to taste.
- Serve hot.
