New recipe! Even fewer carbs! Sarnies are back on the menu. A large 700g low-carb bread seeded loaf that’s high in fibre and protein. As close to “real” bread as we could make it. It also freezes and toasts wonderfully—we recommend a generous serving of butter!

We developed this loaf for type-2 diabetics who miss bread. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but those who’ve eaten our low-carb loaf have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it. We do recommend that check with your doctor before gorging yourself on it, though… This is also a very high-fibre product, so we would caution against eating too much. 1 to 2 slices per day is ideal!

Heads up if you’re on keto: this bread contains vital wheat gluten which makes it unsuitable for some clean keto diets that strictly exclude grain-derived ingredients. Apologies if you’re vegan—our new recipe requires egg to be used in the mixture.

Important: In an effort to keep our bread as simple and clean as we can make it, our low-carb bread doesn’t contain preservatives, which means it has a short shelf life. You might find that your bread is close to its Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you’re going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the bread on arrival and take out slices when you want them to defrost or toast—still the same great taste!

Best low carb loaf I’ve ever tasted and there’s been a few!

    Well worth the money 😊

Delicious bread. I am sure it will make good toast as well. I have been longing for toast, this will be my weekend treat.

This is the best low carb/keto bread I’ve eaten! It tastes close to real bread, a real lifesaver. Toasts well too. Yes it’s expensive, but worth it to have something so much like real bread!

I don’t usually leave a review but for this low carb bread, I’ll have to do it. The best taste of low carb bread in the market. I just bought some other brand low carb bread to try but this one is way more better and very close taste to a real bread. I’ll never want to try other low carb bread other than this. It freeze well as well.

Would get 5 stars if it hadn’t arrived completely squashed.
The packaging was inadequate. Such a shame.

This bread was great. So far I’ve tried it not toasted with some butter, in a toasted sandwich, shallow-fried in a bit of butter and topped with eggs for breakfast, and also used it to scoop up the sauce from the Madras ready meal. Delicious. I will also try it as a base for pizza (as I often used to do with ‘normal’ bread and is one of my favourite bases). Thank you!

This is amazing. Real game changer. Popped it in the freezer and will make it last because it’s not cheap but will definitely be reaching for it for bacon and sausage sandwiches and packups!

I love this bread. It is the third time I have ordered it now!. I order a couple of loaves and pop them in the freezer and just take out a few slices as I want them. The bread is moist, tasty and fully of nuts/grains.
By eating a very low carb diet I have reversed a diagnosis of diabetes with no drugs, but that means I had not eaten any bread for over 2 years!!. But now, I can have a sandwich, cheese on toast etc occasionally which is wonderful. I really missed my bread and this is as good a bread as I have tasted. Thank you, this bread has added an extra variation to my diet!.

This loaf is beautiful! I can’t get it to toast too well but for sandwiches it’s perfect – can’t recommend enough!

Over the years I’ve tried many low-carb breads, pre-made, kit bakes or recipes and had pretty much given up on having bread again. I tried this on a whim. Yes, the price is a little high for a loaf of bread, but this tastes like bread and the texture is right. It toasts well and can be frozen nicely. I try to keep a selection of the rolls and loaves in my freezer now so that when I really do crave a sandwich or my family are having hamburgers or something, I can join in and not feel like I am missing out for a second.

Amazing substitute the closest thing to normal bread from the supermarkets.
