Ingredients

25g Low-Carb Chocolate (of your choice)
10 rashers Streaky Bacon
Sea Salt

Directions

Cook your bacon until crispy and leave on a paper towel to dry.
Melt your low-carb chocolate in a water bath.
Dip the bacon strips in the melted chocolate.
Before the chocolate sets, scatter some sea salt flakes over the bacon, and leave to set for 20 minutes at room temperature.
