I am buying this flour for quite few years. I bake my own bread base on this flour. Bread comes nice and healthy. I am waiting when pasta flour will be available 😊

Remember, this bread is not made with wheat, taste and texture are different to the normal sliced products. At last I can have a slice of toast if I wish, it's been 15 years since I last eat 'normal' bread. This keto bread is a great addition to my lowest possible, carb diet. I sliced the bread before I put it into the freezer. Having just tried two of the slices, I can say that it is really lovely bread.

These pizza bases are a staple food in our house. We can all eat the same meal at the same time. Hubby no longer feels he is missing out. Yes, a slightly different taste and texture to the pizza bases of old but that change of taste and texture is a small price to pay for Hubbys long term health needs. No glucose spikes at all.’
