240g Extra Mature Cheddar
2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Mustard Powder
4 sliced Low-Carb Bread
Black Pepper (to taste)
Pre heat your oven to 180°C (grill)
Toast the bread
Add the cheese, almond milk, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder to a small saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until the sauce comes together and the cheese is melted.
Place the toast on a lined baking sheet and pour the sauce over the toast.
Place it under the grill until the sauce starts to brown.
Remove from the oven, and transfer the toast to serving plates. Grind some fresh black pepper over and enjoy!
