A traditional British favourite and a great option for those on-the-go lunches!
5 Eggs
6 Sausages (remove the skin)
30g Pork Crackling
1 tsp Chilli or Herbs
Hard boil 4 of the eggs and allow to cool.
Open the sausages and use the meat to cover the hard boiled eggs.
Crack the remaining egg into a bowl and whisk.
Crush your pork crackling and spread out onto a plate.
Dip your sausage covered eggs into the raw egg, and then the crushed pork crackling.
Air fry, oven bake or deep fry.
If you don't have pork crackling at hand, this recipe also works well using engeveta or groud almonds as a coating.
