A traditional British favourite and a great option for those on-the-go lunches!

Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 6 Sausages (remove the skin)
- 30g Pork Crackling
- 1 tsp Chilli or Herbs
Directions
- Hard boil 4 of the eggs and allow to cool.
- Open the sausages and use the meat to cover the hard boiled eggs.
- Crack the remaining egg into a bowl and whisk.
- Crush your pork crackling and spread out onto a plate.
- Dip your sausage covered eggs into the raw egg, and then the crushed pork crackling.
- Air fry, oven bake or deep fry.
